By downloading or using The App for That, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App for That is a personal iOS assistant with a customizable Home dashboard, Chat, and related Settings. Features may change as we improve the product.
Access requires Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your Apple ID session. You may delete your account in Settings → Delete Account & Data.
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt the service, bypass usage limits, reverse engineer the backend except where allowed by law, or use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive content or purposes.
Chat and Builder responses are generated with the help of third-party AI (Anthropic, via our relay). Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for how you use outputs. The App is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).
We may enforce weekly token or rate limits. Limits may change. Exceeding limits may temporarily block AI features.
The App, branding, and our software are owned by Neutrino Networks / Stone Currier or its licensors. You retain rights to content you create, subject to the licenses needed for us to operate the service (host, process, and display your content to provide features).
The App relies on Apple, Cloudflare, and Anthropic. Their terms and availability apply. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Neutrino Networks / Stone Currier WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
